“The Hall of Fame grieves the loss of Hot Rod Hundley, one of the true ambassadors of the game of basketball through his 35 years as the voice of the Utah Jazz and as a player - both in the NBA and as a collegiate All-American,” said John L. Doleva, President & CEO of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.  “The Hall was proud to recognize him as our 2003 Curt Gowdy Award winner to recognize his lifelong passionate contributions."
