The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame today announced teams for the 4th annual ‘Hoops & Heroes’ tournament to open the 2013 Enshrinement Celebration. The two-day tournament, featuring Hampden County Sheriff Michael J. Ashe, Jr. as the Honorary Chair, will be held August 24-25 and feature 16 teams of first responders from throughout the region.
