Mississippi State, Northwestern, Rhode Island and Washington State to Take the Court at Mohegan Sun Arena this November

 

SPRINGFIELD, MASS. – The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame announced today the field of teams for the 2023 Tip-Off Tournament. The annual NCAA men’s exempt tournament, sponsored by the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, will take place November 18-19 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.

“We are excited to host another highly competitive weekend of basketball at the Mohegan Sun for the 2023 Hall of Fame Tip-Off Tournament,” said John L. Doleva, President and CEO of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. “We look forward to watching the field of teams play and welcoming their fans to one of the country’s best early season events.”

The 2023 Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-Off is one event in the Hall of Fame’s series of collegiate events, which continues to grow in an effort to celebrate the game outside the museum walls. The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame is proud to continue its relationship with LEARFIELD for sponsorship representation of its portfolio of collegiate events and Position Sports in an event operations, content and communications capacity.

Tickets for the 2023 Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-Off will go on sale Friday, September 8, via Ticketmaster and on sale at the Mohegan Sun Arena Box Office starting Saturday, September 9.
