Springfield, Mass. – The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame announced today that the United States Marine Corps will partner with this year’s 2015 Spalding Hoophall Classic. The high school basketball tournament is in its 14th year and will feature 52 teams at Springfield College’s Blake Arena from January 15-19. Other supporting sponsors for the Hoophall Classic include Nike, MassMutual, Gatorade, Springfield College, Florence Bank, MassLive and The Republican.

Doleva, President and CEO of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. “We are thrilled to receive their support for this year’s Spalding Hoophall Classic, which will make an impact on hundreds of aspiring basketball players from around the country.”
This year’s elite matchups include Montverde Academy (FL) vs. Bishop Gorman (NV), Huntington Prep (WV) vs. Our Savior New American (NY), Stevenson High School (IL) vs. Findlay College Prep and Oak Hill Academy (VA) vs. Villa Angela St. Joseph (OH). A total of 34 players out of the ESPNU Top 100 in the Class of 2015 will participate, including six of the top 10 seniors. Numerous games from the 2015 Spalding Hoophall Classic will be broadcast nationally.
