MIAMI, Flor. – The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame announced today the high school matchups as part of the third annual Hoophall Miami Invitational. As previously announced, AmericanAirlines Arena will host a college double-header on Saturday, December 2nd featuring a matchup of perennial powerhouses Syracuse and Kansas, as well as local-favorite Miami versusreigning Ivy League Champion Princeton.

Prior to the main college event, the Basketball Hall of Fame will host a variety of events in the Miami community including a youth clinic and a local high school basketball showcase. Ten high school teams will have the exclusive opportunity to take the court at AmericanAirlines Arena on Tuesday, November 28th. Top players to watch from the Class of 2018 include Neftali Alvarez (Miami Christian), Trey Doomes (NSU University School) and Zach Scott (Westminster Academy). Rising stars in the classes of 2019 and 2020 include Dudley Blackwell (Westminster Academy), Vernon Carey (NSU University School), Samba Kane (Florida Prep), and Jamal Mashburn Jr. (Gulliver Prep).

 “For the third year in a row, the Basketball Hall of Fame will be returning to Miami for what is expected to be a premier collegiate and high school event,” said John L. For just $19, fans will receive admission to all five high school matchups on November 28th, plus the college double-header on December 2nd. To take advantage of this special offer, fans must purchase their tickets at one of the participating schools or at the AmericanAirlines Arena box office on game day.
