“The Class of 2020 was originally scheduled to be revealed at the NCAA Men’s Final Four, and while our broadcast location has changed, we’re excited to still be revealing this year’s class on Saturday, April 4th at 12 p.m. ET on ESPN. Named after the three-time All-American,1994 National Player of the Year and Class of 2015 Hall of Famer, the annual award in its third year recognizes the top centers in women’s NCAA Division I college basketball. SPRINGFIELD, MASS. – As previously announced, the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame is currently closed during the final phase of its $23+ million refurbishment of the museum which launched last year. The museum has been closed to the public since February 3rd and was expected to reopen March 25th. The grand re-opening has now been rescheduled for Friday, May 1st due to escalating concerns related to the spread of COVID-19. Read full story
