Springfield Armor and Basketball Hall of Fame Partner To Offer $44 Season Tickets

SPRINGFIELD, MA - The Springfield Armor and the Basketball Hall of Fame announce today, in a joint effort to provide more affordable family entertainment options to the residents of greater Springfield, a partnership that will offer fans the limited time opportunity to purchase a full season ticket for all 24 Springfield Armor home games for just $44.

 

Only 100 season tickets will be made available during this special promotion, which will last from November 9th through the 19th or until all 100 tickets are sold. Averaged out over the season the cost per game of this season ticket will be less than $2 and for a family of four it would cost less than $8 per night.

 

“This offer is just another way for the team to make the NBA experience available to all of the residents of greater Springfield,” said Armor Managing Partner Michael Savit. “The Hall of Fame has once again stepped up for this community and we couldn’t be more excited about this partnership.”

 

The Armor’s season kicks off on November 27th  at 7 p.m. against the Iowa Energy at the MassMutual Center in Downtown Springfield. It’s the first of two Armor games that weekend against Iowa, the second tipping off at noon on the 28th.

Springfield Armor

With an ownership group led by Massachusetts-based Michael Savit, Springfield was announced as the NBA Development League’s second team in New England during a press conference at the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame on March 31.  Beginning on November 27th, the Springfield Armor will play a 50-game schedule, including 24 home dates at the MassMutual Center.

NBA Development League
