Read full storySpringfield, Mass. – The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame announced it has entered the final phase of its $23+ million refurbishment of the museum which launched in early 2018. The museum will be closed to the public from Monday, February 3rd to Wednesday, March 25th as the iconic Jerry Colangelo Court of Dreams will be fully redeveloped, along with implementation of new interactive areas around the court. Additionally, the Hall’s second floor will be deconstructed for a full transformation during this time.

The event is an annual basketball showcase now in its nineteenth year at Springfield College, the birthplace of basketball. Games will be played Jan. 16-20, 2020 at Blake Arena on the campus of Springfield College. Yesterday, it was announced via @hoophall social media, the Saturday session has officially sold out. A limited number of tickets remain available for all other sessions at this time.
