Ticket Information

What will happen to the seat(s) I selected when I purchased my ticket(s)?

We will be moving your seat to a comparable location within the new venue. Your seats will be physically distanced from other ticket holders, so your seats will not be exactly where you originally chose them. However, you will not be physically distanced from the people you purchased tickets with. For example, if you purchased four tickets, those four seats will be right next to one another.

Where will my seats be located in the new venue?

Please review the physically distanced seating chart on our website for more information on where each price point will be located within the new venue. We have placed each price point in a comparable location from Symphony Hall to Mohegan Sun Arena.

How will you determine who gets to sit in each section?

We will be seating customers based on the order in which they purchased their tickets on April 4, 2020, and beyond. We will aim to get your seat(s) in the most comparable location at Mohegan Sun as possible.

Can I request where I’d like my new seat(s) to be?

No. Any requests that were made when the tickets were originally purchased will be taken into consideration, but not guaranteed.

When will I be notified of my new seat location?

We hope to designate all ticket holders’ new seat assignments in early spring. We simply ask that you continue be patient with us during this challenging time.

Am I able to upgrade my seats?

You may still upgrade your seats, as long as there is inventory available for the price point you’d like to upgrade to. Please contact Chelsea Johnson at (413) 231-5513, or [email protected], for more information on availability.

When will I be receiving my tickets?

Due to our COVID-19 protocol, no ticket holders will be receiving tickets until proof of a negative PCR COVID-19 test taken a maximum of 72-hours prior to the event OR proof of a COVID positive test taken within 90 days of the event is produced. If your tickets are located in the upper bowl ($149 and $299 each), your tickets will be sent to the email provided upon receipt of the negative test results of everyone in your travel party. There will be no exceptions.

If your tickets are located in the lower bowl ($600 and $1,000 each), your tickets will be available for pick-up upon your arrival to Mohegan Sun in a designated will call location upon the receipt of the negative test results of everyone in your travel party. There will be no exceptions.

Are Enshrinement tickets still available for purchase?

Any remaining quantities of single event tickets will be available for purchase on Monday, March 15th at 10:00am EST, and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Why do I need to provide names for my entire travel party?

You need to provide us with the names of everyone in your travel party so that we can match up the names provided with the approval forms that have been signed and the proof of negative (or previously positive) COVID-19 tests. Please get this information to Chelsea Johnson no later than Friday, April 16th. She can be reached at (413) 231-5513 or [email protected].

What happens if a guest in my travel party changes?

If a guest in your travel party changes, you will need to inform Chelsea Johnson at (413) 231-5513, or [email protected], as soon as possible. The new guest would have to fill out the COVID-19 Protocol Approval form, as well. Those forms are not transferrable between guests.

Can I get a refund?

If you do not want to abide by our COVID-19 protocol, or do not feel comfortable traveling due to the pandemic, you may request a refund by contacting Chelsea Johnson at (413) 231-5513, or [email protected], no later than Friday, April 16th, 2021. April 16th will be the last possible date to request a refund.

Why can’t I receive my tickets now?

We are not distributing tickets in advance, as we will need to ensure everyone attending each event as part of our Enshrinement Weekend has tested negative at least 72 hours prior (or is a previous positive) to the event. This is standard protocol for most event venues nationwide. This is part of our goal to make these events as safe as possible for all in attendance.

Health & Safety Protocol

What happens if I do not get my test results in time?

If you do not receive your test results 24 hours prior to the event start time, you may schedule an on-site rapid PCR test through our testing provider, BioReference. These tests are $99 each, and the cost must be covered by the ticket holder.

If I have previously tested positive for COVID-19, can I get my tickets in advance?

If you have purchased tickets for the upper bowl ($149 and $299 each), you will only be able to receive your tickets once everyone in your travel party has either submitted their proof of positive test or proof of a negative test maximum 72-hours prior to the event.

If you have purchased tickets for the lower bowl ($600 and $1,000 each), your tickets will be available in a designated will call location on-site at Mohegan Sun. You will only be able to receive your tickets once everyone in your travel party submits the necessary COVID testing information.

Can I forgo the COVID protocol?

Under no circumstances will the COVID-19 protocol be waived. By completing the COVID-19 Protocol Approval form, you are agreeing to follow all aspects of the protocol. Any failure to fully abide by the protocol will result in the ticket holder not receiving their tickets. No refunds will be issued in those circumstances. This protocol has been created so that we can have our Enshrinement Weekend in the safest manner possible. The health of all of our guests is of the utmost importance to us.

When is the earliest I can get tested for the event?

If you have tickets to the Enshrinement Tip-Off & Awards Gala on Friday, May 14th, the earliest possible date for your 72-hour PCR test would be Tuesday, May 11th.

If you have tickets to the Enshrinement Ceremony on Saturday, May 15th, the earliest possible date for your 72-hour PCR test would be Wednesday, May 12th.

What happens if I do not take a PCR COVID-19 test?

If you do not take a PCR COVID-19 test, you will not receive your tickets. You may have the opportunity to take a rapid PCR test on-site, based on availability. Tickets will not be distributed unless a negative PCR test result is provided.

Why does everyone in my travel party have to approve the protocol?

In order to make these events as safe as possible, we want to ensure that every single person attending the events are aware of, and agree to follow, our COVID-19 protocols. If a minor is attending an event, their parent or guardian can approve of the protocol on their behalf.

What happens if I, or someone else in my party, does not approve the protocol?

If you or someone else in your party does not approve the protocol, they will not be granted access to the events, and will not receive their tickets. Refunds can be requested no later than Friday, April 16th, 2021.

What can I do if I cannot upload my test results?

If you are unable to upload your test results through the form that will be provided to you in early May, you may send a copy of your results via email, or present them in-person to our COVID Compliance Team (Chelsea Johnson, Rachel Lattner, or Jennifer Tempone) at Mohegan Sun Arena. We strongly encourage uploading test results in advance, via the form provided, as that will expedite the ticket delivery process for all involved.

I have been vaccinated. Why do I need to provide a negative COVID-19 test?

Although COVID-19 vaccines are effective at keeping you from getting sick, scientists are still learning how well vaccines prevent you from spreading the virus that causes COVID-19 to others, even if you do not get sick. We must ensure that all guests, including those who have been vaccinated, have recently tested negative for COVID-19.

Why are you enforcing a COVID-19 protocol?

The health and safety of all of our guests is of the utmost importance to us. By enforcing a strict COVID-19 protocol, we are doing our part to ensure that our Class of 2020 Enshrinement Weekend is as safe as possible for all who attend.

Can I get a refund if I test positive for COVID-19 after April 30th?

Yes. If you test positive on or after April 30th, 2021, you may receive a refund for your ticket(s). Proof of positive result will be required in order to receive a refund for your ticket purchase. Failure to produce proof of positive result for that timeframe will not result in a refund.
